Three S's are the big things for your skin. So stress, sun, and genetics also play a part, and smoking. So the three S's is the stress, sun, and smoking and then the genes. That's sort of the bad things for your skin. So if you can avoid those...obviously we live in a high-paced society so it's hard to avoid stress. But if you can come up with relaxation techniques, that helps. Avoid smoking and use sun screen. Start doing some preemptive things. Doing chemical peels in your late 20s, Botox in your early 30s, maybe some fillers in your early to mid 30s, your skin will go a long way.
