I workout regularly doing heavy weights and eat quite healthy but I am still not able to improve the cellulite and lax skin on the back of my thighs/buttocks area. I have researched the many treatments out there and I have narrowed it down to Velashape 3 or Thermage. What treatment would hold the best results and last the longest?
I'm just finished my 3rd of 6 tmts of Velashape today. I am treating the back of both thighs and buttocks. I'm concerned the practitioner is not giving each section enough time with the machine to be effective. My tmt today was 22 mins for all 4 areas, as were the 1st 2. When asked, she told me that tmts weren't time based, but heat based and that each section was done when my skin reached the target heat temp (which was 110 degrees on my thighs today, according to her). Does this sound right?
