Thanks for the kind comments. A friend gave me another way to find a good surgeon. Go on line and check out the programs for plastic surgery meetings and see who is invited by their peers to lecture. It may give you some idea who is respected professionally, though not a guarantee, but something most of us have not considered.

Ask the surgeon if the swelling could be massiter muscle. If it is, I understand that botox may relax it and have it look less prominent.
