i have the same problem , i had them done 2 weeks ago but they look like balloons , although with a bra i think they look great , without , they look fake , i was told exactly as you were...

i had overs as well 2 weeks ago , i still feel numb , normal i guess , but do you look now after 6 months as you looked right after the surgery??? just mine look very round , wanna know if itll change overtime....
