Oh my God! I am also in the same boat!! I had lipo done in 2004 for thighs, inner knees, inner thighs. The Dr. had took alot of fat. one side seems to be bigger than the other side, knees were deformed. In 2006 I came to know a bout an amazing surgeon who corrected my knees. They are not perfect but I can say 85% better. In 2008 the same surgeon had corrected my bigger side. It looks great now. I can say 90% better than the first surgery. But I have celluilite, scar tissue, dents, lumps... Nothing could fix those. People think that I look sexy and I have the perfect body ( with clothes ) but wait until they see me with the swimming suit!! Dr. had refused to lift my legs. He said this will leave me with an ugly scar!!! My tighs look really funny and ugly when I try to bend them to while laying down to the right or left. I would pay anything to get my previous legs and my big saddle bags! any thing... I regret it.
