some of the vessels in the lymphatic system (in this case near your breasts) have been cut,,therefore, there is no way for the body to drain itself of the fluid and causes edema (swelling)...should dissipate rather quickly as lymph vessels grow back.

are you kidding me? i dunno about you but i think your breasts look great!...the scars are going to fade, the nipples look like normal nipples, actually GREAT, and the reference to the uneven breasts--well that can be easily fixed...so I mean all in all i think they look good and alot better than some breasts Ive seen augmented...relax and give them time, if your still unhappy get them redone..thats all. Im also surprised as to how none of the doctors have yet commented on "when the dat of your surgery was" and when this photo was taken...if you have gotten your implants less than 6 months to a year ago theres really nothing to worry about. Like the scar created under your breasts needs to heal, so does the "scar" tissue inside your breasts need to heal...maybe the other breast bottomed out, but im no expert.if it has, it is quite fixable. Ive seen before and afters where the breasts were uneven and tight th first few months after surgery, but after a few months, they went down, and evened out...also, when you get a revision,as all breast augmentation patients need a revision at some time in their life, you should consider smaller implants, and silicone, which almost ALWAYS seem to ensure better results than large SALINE implants.
