Waffle Face

Hi Burned, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I, unfortunately, am going through the same thing... just had my treatment done on Saturday. I'm curious: how is your face now? Any improvement? I'm freaking out with fear that I am going to look this way forever... I am only on day 3 but am seeing NO improvement at all. I literally look like I have been severely burned with a waffle iron! I hope things have improved for you.

How long ago did you have your procedure? I had treatment on Saturday and my face looks like I was badly burned with a waffle iron! I'm mortified. I am getting more and more nervous as I read posts. I sure hope I'm not going to look like this for long... I can't even leave the house right now.

I had a Fractional (Lutronic Mosaic 1550) laser treatment two days ago (today is day three). I was expecting to be red and swollen for a few days but was in no way prepared to look like I do today! I have brownish/reddish squares in a grid pattern all over my face and am VERY swollen. I've been reassured that this will heal with good results but, I must admit, I am a little nervous. I have been icing and moisturizing regularly and have done nothing strenuous. Yet I still look like someone took a hot waffle iron to my face! There is NO WAY I can leave the house... seriously, no way! Has anyone else had this treatment with these results? If so, how long did it take to heal? Are the dark marks completely gone? Thanks!
