Removal of implants does not necessarily require a mastopexy (breast lift). Furthermore, if pregnancy is anticipated, you might want to put off a lift until you are through bearing children. www.zubowicz.com
I think fraxel laser treatment is a waste of money. I see lots of patients that have had fraxel for various problems. Almost all say it is painful, expensive, and doesn't do much.

The areola look large and the distance from the bottom of the areola to the inframmary crease looks too long. The horizontal scar is not in the crease. I would guess that you will need a revision. These observations, if they are correct, will not change. You would be best served, however, to let the inflammation from the first operation settle down a bit. Possible, but not likely, your situation will improve.

Texturized implants are notorious for rippling. Smooth wall implants should help you but this cannot be guaranteed. The "gummy bear" implant might be the solution for patiens with rippling issues, but they have yet to be released for general consumption in the US. They might have other aesthetic issues as well. Probably best to convert to smooth wall silicone gel.
Your wound will need to heal and the tissue needs to become healthy first. This is done by something called "wound toilet" which includes dressing changes, removal of dead tissue, possibly antibiotics and time. The implant may need to be removed. When the tissue is healthy (which will probably take a few weeks) it can be resutured.
