Thanks for the comments on my story =) Im glad people like it & to size12 dont worry what men say its not worth it and the one whos ment to be your man wont say anything =) becoming "invisible" as you put it isnt so bad as long as we can see ourselves thats the most important part ..
Thanks ! At least you are catching it at 4 pounds that will be really easy to get a good grasp on good luck !!
I am 11 months post op pain is normal after trying to go back to working the abs i would suggest talking to your doctor .. At least get looked at also your still unswelling and healing situps might not help that .. I was very flexible and could do alot of workouts prior to my tummy tuck and now it feels like im starting over I do know that my trainer recomends not doing typical crunches after a tummy tuck that its better to work your core based on yoga or pilates type exercises ..These have been really helpful for me now that im back to working out ..Situps and crunches help tear the muscles naturally so to do them after a tummy tuck is even more painful I wouldnt push it i would just let your body heal for a while im at my 11 month mark and still shrinking .Also i wear a post op garment when i work out not the wraps but it really helps my body not swell up and keeps my form good i wear the one that goes from my knees to my chest it fits under my work out clothes ..they make the thing to chest one to but i like the feeling of everything being tight and i notice less cellulite and swelling . Good Luck with everything
Hello i went through 18 surgeons before finding my surgeon .My story was featured on nbc and tlc the Dr i used is in Las Vegas Nevada and also in arizona he has two locations his name is Dr.Tracy Hankins ..I have now went through 3 surgerys with him and he has corrected the mistakes done before hand ..Depression is so normal in theses situations it is so hard to wake up and realize someone made money off you and left you chopped up feeling .the saying goes you never know what you have till its gone is so true .Theres days I miss the girl I was before surgery but < slowly and surely and with each month that goes by im learning to love the girl im becoming . Give your body and mind time to adjust to the body you have today < dont think about tommorow I know that sounds hard but my trainer taught me gratitude that in order to over come the depression or hoplessness that i needed to look in the mirror and love the girl in it unconditionally wether i had weight or no weight breasts or no breasts surgery or no surgery i lived with out a breast for almost 2 years because of a surgeon so looking in the mirror was the hardest thing to over come but if you can find that place where you say to yourself "i love you" then eventually your mind and body will overcome the rest ..making choices to fix things when your already feeling awful could leave u feeling even worse so you got to try to give your mind time off love yourself look at other people with worse bodys or who are unable to afford to fix things or have been victims of car wrecks or fires and have had there life permanatly changed think about the people losing there kid today or women in other countrys going through worse then you are ..doing this will give you strength to love yourself and eventually you will find the right Dr or your body will heal ..Good luck with everything
