Did you go to Allure Institute, Dr. Lombardo. I LOVE him. He did a breast Lift w/475 cc implants. They look phenomenal Still (they were done in '05) but I must agree the pain was excruciating. I couldn't even go to the bathroom by myself. My pain lasted for almost a month but I did have full reconstructive surgery.
I also have silicone but are not sure about those. Do you think yours are too real? Nobody can tell I have implants which is good but bad. I went from a 34b (small B) to a 34DD and feel like maybe the silicone make them too real for that size.
Anyway, I think next time I may elect for saline. Otherwise, I would say that getting implants are a big decision and can be extremely painful but SOOOOO worth it. Especially if you have the right Doctor.
