Is the asymmetry the side with the bruise? The second day was the day that I looked like Janice the beatnik muppet lady; two days later they were back to pretty normal. How many cc did you get and where is your clinic?

You should have them injected with hyaluronidase to break the rest of the lumps down (it only takes a few hours). Also, I'm really surprised your doctor didn't give a nerve block before injecting-ouch!

Did you have a nerve block? If they give you a nerve block and wait 20 min, it shouldn't hurt much.

Yeah, I just filled out a review on it because I'm finding that not enough people are aware of the fact that it can be dissolved quickly (less than one day) and it is very upsetting to get a bad restylane job or to have it act weird in your body. Dissolving it isn't all that new either it's just that only doctors who do restylane a lot are aware of this-so your doctor may have not known. If he looks for it I think the most common form is vitrase. The fact that it can be dissolved makes it (to me) a better filler than the longer lasting ones because mistakes happen with everything.
