Certainly, many doctors carry the reversal medicine for juvederm and restylane called hyaluronidase. I cannot tell you for sure if another physician would be willing to treat you or not or if you should wait as your physician has suggested, but any patient has the right to get a second or third opinion. Repectfully, scott trimas, md
If you are unhappy with the juvederm, it can be easily dissolved away with a product called hyaluronidase and in fact you can have some or all of the product dissolved depending upon how much you use. Also, this should not cause your skin to sag if you have some of the product reversed.
Steve, since it has been four years since your rhinoplasty, the dent is unlikely to change over time and should remain the same and if it is not noticeable or bothersome then I would recommend that you leave it alone. respectfully, scott trimas, md
Having a dent after rhinoplasty four years ago means that it is most likely there to stay. However, most small depressions or dents can be easily corrected with either filler which is temporary or softened cartilage from the inside of the nose that is placed as an onlay graft through a small intranasal incision.

If too much restylane was placed into your lips or any other part of your body, the effects can be easily reversed with the use of another injectable drug called hylauronidase. Most physicians who use this product generally keep this material on hand for just that reason. It is safe and does not require much time. A quick injection into the overfilled area is all that is needed.
