I am 15 months post op . lipo to my stomach, sides,lower back and shoulder blade areas.. at first I was freaked out too.. but it takes a good 9 months to a year to heal and at 15 months im still not fully healed. I have underlying scaring on my sides that still diminishing . finally no signs of numbness.bumpyness still going away , but that is fat pockets and with Proper diet and excersize that will go away.. what just happened to your body is UNnatural and evasive you need to give it time and a lot of it.. and I also have no weight loss but that was not what we (I) was after.. I needed my clothes to fit better and they do . I can finally again wear anything i want with no bulging through my clothes, everything is comfortable again. . I can tell that i just this last month lost a full pant size in 2 months by using the kettlebell weight workout, you can get one at target, walmart ,tjmax. good luck and happy healing :) ps. liposuction is not a magic cure, we still have to maintain good eating habits and excersize. the fat CAN come back!! it happened to a friend of mine

You are VERY swollen.. I am 7 months post Lipo and still a little sore on my left side (if someone Grabs me hard like to hug me.still a little discoloration under the skin from scaring. Other than that the lumps have disapated, I have No bulges my stomach is flat and I look Fabulas as long as you eat right and start to moderatly excersize when you fel better. Give it about 3 months before you excerzise. It takes a good 9 months to get healed. Happy Healing

I paid 6000.00 $3800.-was BA with a lift.. I went from a B to a D.... $2200. for the Lipo just the stomach sec was 18 then an extra $400. for the ypper back lower shoulder area(Lats) He drops the Price for adding more preceedures..Then you will pay about 300$ for garments and MEds I went to 2 Dr's near me just for Consultations to get an Idea of cost and what they had to say. So when Dr Salas said i need a lift I just went with it, Im ok with all that, Have you had any consutlations ? you should do a couple near you and just see if they mention if you need a tummy T. If I was you knowing what i know Now after the Fact I might Opt for surgery here in the god ole usa.(ESPECIALLY if you do a tummy tuck. BA with salas if fine but not TT.. There are Drs that will keep you overnight for a Tummy tuck in Usa...Where are you located? THe reason i went to Salas. My Best friend(s) and thier Aunt ans Daughter in law and another friend had allready gon to see him so i allready trusted him. But now It scares me to Death to think about it. He also did Lipo on my 70 yr old Mom.. they took out 8 litres (OMG i said after are you kidding me?? isn'e that Dangerous.. lol dangerous.. like the plastic surgery in another counrty is not bad enough..

I am 6.5 months post op and It takes a good 6 months before it feels almost normal. still a litle tender to the touch on the sides .I have had 3 children, im 45 and my stomach is flat.. that depends on how much you excersize and eat right. I had 4 liters taken out

Thanks for asking... 6 and a half months Post op, lumps have gone down quite a bit, I can still see scaring under skin surface, i am told it takes a good 9 months for all to be healed but this was major surgery and all surgeries take time to heal. I do have some uneven places on my lower abdomen area. I think he missed some places. hopefully with diet and excersize that fat will disapate. Im still slightly tender to the touch on the sides. like if someone grabs me on the side i make a face a ohhh sound.. other than that my lipo went well.but the recovery is a you what a big B.. very very VERY uncomfortable.. Breasts.. just so you know which i was NOT informed of at my consult . Dr Salas ONLY does on top of the muscle and high profile smooth round inplants. something i did not want. my fault for not asking but more his for not informing. they tend to think more for most women rather than individual. and im NOT most women. i wanted more natural (which i said) over and over again. I assumed i was getting under the muscle (more safe) and Low profile (more natural look).. I found after the fact and just cried!!!. The healing time for over the muscle is less my boobs were a breeze. he didi not take his time on my lift im slightly off on the nipples. any thing else feel free to ask me.. i will gladly update my experiance with this preceedure~ Tamara~
