There are a number of facial plastic surgeons in the New York area who still perform (and get very good results) from intranasal or "closed" nasal tip plasty. Almost all photos on my website under primary rhinoplasty were done closed.
You have had quite a lot done to your nose. You still may be a candidate for further revision surgery. I would suggest waiting at least one year from any surgery or filler treatment before any further surgery is attempted. There are a number of options that can be used to help smooth out the dorsum of your nose in repeat revision surgery.
There should not be any side effects from a little botox dripping on your eye. It only works when injected directly into a muscle. Plus, the botox is diluted in normal saline which is similar to eye lubricating drops, so don't worry.
Revision rhinoplasty can be a complex procedure. First, discuss this with your original surgeon. If you are not satisfied with the answer, seek out a specialist for advice and to consider a revision. Too much nostril showing can be due to a number of different factors so it is difficult to answer here without an personal exam.
This is too early to judge the result. Stitches can cinch the columella up, which can come down when they soften and fall out. Give it a few months before becoming concerned.
