I just had my BA and Lift 18 days ago and I was happy with my size 425cc the only probaly I have is pain around the breast still and not being able to sleep on my side but beside that I think silcone looks better and feels better then saline and I heard from a friend that is a cancer patient that silcone is better for those patients
