The Juvederm will go away, don't worry, it's temporary. Mine went away long ago.

I had considered Accent XL for my slight double chin (which I have always had even though I'm thin)once aging began to have a sagging effect. Instead I had tumescent lipo, and the result was perfect (and permanent).

Thanks for the feedback on this. As it turned out, though, I went with tumescent lipo instead, in the jowls/chin area and tummy as well, a couple of months ago. I won't see my final results for another 4 months or so, but already I'm VERY pleased.

I know it must feel like it's for the rest of your life, but Artefill wears off in about 5 years. In the meantime you can have other less-long-lasting fillers injected to at least balance out your face. Just be sure you find a competent doctor with lots of experience injecting fillers.

Sunshine - Did you have all 6 treatments, and how did it turn out? Does there seem to be any permanence to your results?
