Thanks...I am at day 6, and getting going in the morning is the worst b/c you are stiff from sleeping, and then you have to take off the compression garment and then you get in the shower and the water hits your legs and ouch!!! It's tolerable though...I had my 4th post lipo massage today, and I highly recommend those...I always feel a lot better and a lot less stiff after. My massage therapist said I am healing really well. I do have a lot more bruising now, and still some pain and soreness when I walk. I assume the legs are the worst part to have done! I will have my breast reduction in a couple of months...! For anyone reading this, you MUST find the best doctor you can...I have had enough procedures (not surgery just things like facials, laser treatments, etc.) and you HAVE to go to someone who knows what they are doing. You don't want someone practicing on your face or body...I can take pain, and I am not impatient, and I think those two things have helped me a lot...I know this is going to be worth it in the end...my legs already look better, although swollen!
