I took arnica for the week before and the week after the injections. only had one tiny bruise for three days. DON"T GO IN THE OCEAN!!! I did and got an infection. had to go on anti-biotics, topical and oral. still have a little bump that only I can feel after 3 weeks. it's going away slowly.

I seem to be doing both.
