I got a refund too because i found out later he already had 6 malpractice suits against him. Took me a year of writing them telling them what i was going through & i was going to seek legal cousel. Finally, only after that remark he paid me back. Now i've spent thousands trying to get my face back & still need more to go. He was a board certified doctor. Their so nice when you go in but they turn into a nightmare if something goes wrong.

I know i didn't get any warning when the doctor resurfaced my skin & I was left with scars & dents. If i knew i would come out worse than going in I wouldn't have gone let alone paid money to have it done. I wrote the Dr's tv show & Oz about it a few times. I even asked them to have a show on the dangers of lasers & to tell us the safest procedures. So far i haven't heard a thing back. Not a big surprise.

Before a laser taking skin off try a light chemical peel first. One every 3 to 4 weeks.

Glad Erbium worked for you. My doctor used the highest setting and i'm still living in a nightmare with scars all over. I would try restore or refine for sun spots, not somethig that takes a layer of skin off.

Microderm you can do at home. A couple doctors of mine said don't waste your money having them done. Doesn't really do much for scars or pigmentation. Just takes off the dead skin. Use a microcloth. Does the same thing if you can't afford store microderms.
