To the lady that emailed me about a class action lawsuit. I would be interested in participating in a lawsuit but, would need other dissatisfied clients from this area to make a stronger case against them. I feel I have alot against this office in Coolsprings; that would hold up in a court of law. Feel free to contact me again. And maybe, we can get together if you don't get the results you want when you go back. We both could walk in their office and tell them we are going to get more people together if they do not resolve this issue.

Yes, I too, have been through this. It's been 7 months now and it goes back to the way it was only with scars added to it. And believe me they will not give your money back or even a partial amount. I tried everything and they are a total scam if you ask me. I would not recommend this procedure to anyone. Go ahead and get the real facelift. This is a cheap imitation of the real thing.

No, everything is not okay. They refused to refund any of my money and they are not going to redo it like they said they would. Some people may have gotten the results they wanted, but I sure didn't. If you have any problems in the Franklin, Tn office you'll have a hard time getting them to do anything about it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Yes, I went to Cool Springs in Franklin, TN. I still have not gotten my situation resolved. They were super nice until the surgery is over and you have a negative response. They are really putting me off.
