Wow! Thank you so much for your reply. You actually brought a smile to my face and that's hard to do when we're talking about Sculptra! Thank you for your support!

I have updated my initital review of Sculptra, and I added some new pics. Please have a look and let me know what you think!
Houstnboy you are right on! Its been a while since I've posted, but I have just had my second subscision procedure. As soon as the bruises go away I will post before and after pics. I hope my experience will give my lumpy friends some hope! P.S. My jaw just hits the floor every time a doc writes in support of this filler! Unbelievable! And then has the nerve to insinuate that patients are not following the aftercare instructions and that is the reason for their lumps and bumps! Absolutely shameful!

It's been a while since I've posted and apparently there have been some major changes to this site. My lumps are better, but are still very noticeable. I have undergone 12 V-beam laser treatments, with some success. The lump under my right eye is barely visible, but the lumps under my left eye, although smaller, are still very visible. A year and a half has passed since my first injection, and I am still devastasted by the effects. (Especially when I catch my reflection under florescent lighting). At this time I am going to seek the consultation of a plastic surgeon as I see no other option to get rid of these lumps. P.S. There is no way I would allow anyone to inject Kenalog into these lumps - - The horror stories from that are extreme!

Thanks for the vote Ringside! Here is my update: I am past the one year mark of my first injection (I've had two). I've had 7 V-beam treatments and 1 Fraxel treatment. My bumps are definitely getting smaller and softer. I can actually flatten them, using massage, but eventually they plump back up! I truly believe they have become pliable thanks to the V-beam laser treatments. There is a definite difference in bump size in my photos. Because no one that I have talked to says these bumps go away on their own, I believe that these bumps are getting smaller because of the v-beam. Someone on one of these posts said something regarding facial edema, I had not read that anywhere, but I believe that is what is going on under my left eye. There is a long noodle-like bump under my left eye, but there is also swelling that increases and decreases depending on my hydration level. I'll be going back for my 8th treatment next month & I will keep you notified!
