Fraxel restore should be well healed by now .. without seeing the bumps its hard to say but this is highly unusual and you should ask your treating physician about this delayed healing, possible scarring or just skipped areas? The postinflammatory hyperpigmentation is also something that is easily treatable and your doctor should know how to manage this and can prescribe medication to resolve in 2- 4 weeks . Also beware that Fraxel has 3 different lines all called Fraxel and they are all very different so be sure you had the "restore" and not the "repair"

First of all, if you are getting juvederm for 250$ are they trained and are they using the real stuff.. Secondly swelling is gone in 3-7 days so after that what you get is likely what it will be like for next 6 months or so. there is an antidote to remove it that is easily performed. ask your injector about your lips , if they are looking like they are supposed to and if they can be fixed if needed. If they do not know how to fix then seek another doctor with more experience

Absolutely. There is an "antidote" for the hyaluronic acids. If you would like 100% reversal of your injection then simply ask your injector to use hyaluronidase and it will be gone in less than 24 hours. Then it can be redone in a way you are more comfortable with. if they use very little hyaluronidase then you may actually get the result you want but expect to need some touch up after it is removed.

Great to hear you are normal again.. This is always the case... It is highly unlikely you developed the allergy but a test in an allergist office will settle this issue for you so you can do more injections/biopsies/numbing as needed. Good luck
Most likely injection into nerve canal which is rare but can happen and can result in a numbness but should not effect ability to smile. This is confusing if you have true muscle activity decreased. The nerve injury will almost always resolve slowly over months but should not be permanent. Not sure i agree with above comment as this can happen even to very experienced dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Everyone has different anatomy, no one is just like the textbooks. I would guess you are fully recovered. There is preservative free lidocaine that can be used if needed. The extreme pain on injection is usually due to hitting the nerve directly with the needle so again, likely to be a rare event. go see an allergist to be tested for lidocaine allergy. Easy to do and will resolve the question. good luck
