Hi adn thank you to all that have replied to me. Well strange things are certianly going on. The puffiness ihas suddenly gone down. Not completely but definately by quite alot.... like 2/3s if not a bit more. I havent done anything to help this so I cant explain why or how. I just hope it doesnt come back. I wish i knew why so that I may help others. I did go back to the lady who did it when it was puffy as i had an appointment 2 weeks after to see if i needed a top up. I was very nervous about having it done so she did the minimal amount. I actually went to a dentist who does this and has done it for many years. I also know a few people who have been to her to so i was happy she was well practiced in this area. I jsut wanted to let you all know what the current situation was and to say a very big thank you. I will keep you all posted should i the puffiness come back t what it was or if it goes away completely Sally x
