i ve worn the garment for almost 8 weeks on upper/lower abs back and love handles, and 6 weeks on inner/outer thighs. now wearing garment occasionally during the day, but put it on at night. i believe it really helps the skin reconnect to the underlying tissue. yeah its not very comfortable but well worth the results that are appearing

dont know what you had done, but it sounds as though you are still swollen. im 4 weeks post op on flanks upper/lower abs. i still have a very slight stomach pooch. the majority of the swelling disappeared between weeks 2 and 3. am 2 weeks post op on inner/outer thighs, swelling is mostly gone on outer thighs but not inner thighs.i've already been downsized a garment. i wear it religiously and feel that it helps greatly, when i take it off to wash it i still swell up a little bit. patience is the name of the game, one day the sweeling will be gone and you will look and feel much better !

Had my upper/lower abs and love handles done on 10-20-09. I'm now 3 weeks post op. the swelling in my lower ab area is slowly going away. Nothing to be nervous about. Just had my inner/outer thighs done a week ago. Take your ipod and just relax and listen to your favorite tunes. There's a little bit of pain but it also tickled when he was doing my upper abs. Just remember results take time. I took measurements the morning of the surgery and placed them in my file........good luck. Dr. Saul is a perfectionist !!!

Had the same dr., I think he did a good job. Im 12 days post op. Had love handles flanks and upper and lower abs done. Still have some swelling in my lower stomach and some ropes/knots on my sides where the compression garment is tight.Have already lost 2 1/2 inches in my waist Having my saddlebags (hence the nickname) and inner thighs done on Nov 4th. Can't wait I've had those damn things since puberty.
