One thing that you must consider here beyond the technique used and the talent of the surgeon is the nature of your own tissues. By definition, someone who needs a breast lift has somewhere between challenged to outright poor elasticity and this has a significant bearing on the outcome. In other words, it is possible that one's starting point is much worse than others.

Pardon but I clearly didn't say that surgery was the answer or that "you need a facelift" to solve your problems. Please just re-read the post. What I am saying is that the "hawking" of services is mostly done by the non-plastic surgeons out there who will tempt unsuspecting patients into thinking they don't need surgery when actually they do, and that the non-surgical options they can offer will substitute for well done surgery when they won't.

Exchanging to under the muscle is a routine procedure any experienced breast plastic surgeon should be comfortable performing. The problem is that by going with a smaller implant, you might see the breast look lax and the nipple be positioned too low. A lift will fix this and it can be done at the same time. If you feel the need, the implant exchange can be done and you can do the lift a few months later once you feel you need it. Good luck!

The under arms and upper knees are relatively poor areas for liposuction compared to other areas regardless of your age because the skin in the arms is thin and doesn't shrink well and the skin above the knees often turns to sideways wrinkles. At 65, these problems will be even more magnified so I'd suggest you skip liposuction because the result may be worse than what you have now.
