I had the same thing. I had a spreader graft inserted and it popped out of the skin. My Doc shaved it down and its still there a little bit. Now he said "Im fine with it".

Tigerfan, can you still see the grafts sticking out? If not, when did it go down?

Spreader in the ear graft. Is there any kind of bump there?

Do you have the spreader sticking out?..cuz I do....2 weeks post op.
