hey, it sounds like she is really worried about everone else and she is letting that dictate what she wants. She needs to look at before and after pictures. Bring them to the surgeon and show them. The #1 thing people say after surgery is they wish they went bigger. Augmented breasts sometimes look smaller in clothes than natural breasts. She really needs to try the pantyhose trick and put on a nice shirt she would like to fill out more. She will probably find she likes a larger size as do most. I am 5'3 and I have saline hp 330 cc. mone fit me perfectly. No body could even tell I had it done, and I had more than a cup added. I think the rule of thumb is about every 200cc's is a cup added. But again, it really depends on how much breast tissue she already has. That really dictates how large she will be. 175 on me would be different since I already had B size prior to surgery. Don't make the mistake of getting stuck too much on size (cup) she doesn't want to be.Cup sizes are so different from brand to brand, and person to person. Tell the surgeon what you do not want....side boob, ball look. be firm about that. But let him take her shoulder and rib cage width into consideration in deciding what size implants to use. let him know she prefers to be conservative and let him recommend a size. It sounds like you have educated yourself On her size, as far as ribcage/ shoulders etc. your paying him 7K for a reason. he should be good. And I recommend more than one consult prior to surgery to put her mind at ease, and the surgeon should be willing to do that for you. Don't make the mistake of not going big enough, but tell him no porn star look. Surgeons hear it all the time. Most women that end up with that look is because they have asked for it. its not the norm. I can't say enough, to look at before and after pics of his and try the rice and pantyhose trick. it helps trust me. I was like she was. show her pictures of high profile vs mod profile. that might help....

Hello, I did a ton of research!! I wouldn't let stereotypes scare you too much. If the surgeon knows she wants a natural look and she is firm about that then everything should be fine. Sizers and cup size talk is irrelevant, since each person is different and each brand of bra cup size is different. A tip I recieved was take pantyhose feet and stuff with rice and put a bra on and that actually gives a pretty good idea in clothes of what it will look like. She should make sure she has some nice pics of what she wants and make sure the before pic is similar to her now. If the surgeon is very respected and it sounds as if he is experienced if he prefers pictures, trust him and what he says for size and profile. I have high profile and mine look very natural. He chose this profile because they are not as wide as the others and I didn't want a side boob look and these ball looking things, so the high profile were just narrower and projected better for my sag. Alot of it depends on her breast tissue and skin prior to surgery. But as long as she doesnt go too big she won't get the ball look. Hope all goes well!
