Yes, I had Dr. Lombardo - isn't he great? He was so nice about everything, and never made me feel rushed at my appointments. And his nurses/receptionists are so sweet!!! You got quite an upgrade! I bet they look great! Mine look completely natural, people have seen my full breast and not known that I had implants...that's good for me, I wanted it that way. If you wanted them to look like you got implants I suppose saline would have been the better way too go...but saline ripples and silicone looks very smooth under the breast, maybe it's for the best you picked silicone? I agree, it is very, very worth it.
