You can save yourself a lot of time, money and possible terrible results.
There are no shortcuts, just as there are no great shortcuts to dieting or getting into shape. Life isn't that easy.
A traditional face-life is not painful it's just uncomfortable as you feel swollen for quite a while afterwards.

I don't think it is a wise idea to have many of the cheaper and "less trouble" facelifts which are popular all of a sudden. Most do not last a long time so you end up wasting your money. Go to the public library where you live and see if they have the Castle Connolly Guide. It lists doctors in all fields who have been rated by their peers. There may be a doctor listed near you.
