The lift looks pretty good! but I think it's the implants that are too narrow. A Mod+ implant rather than HP would most probably have looked better on your frame and it would given you better upper pole fullness. I really think what is causing you disatisfaction is the implant's diameter being too narrow for your breast pockets...300cc HP implants have quite a narrow diameter more suited for women with petite chests and narrow breasts. Get your breast width measured by your surgeon and check out the specs of implants to find a diameter measurement that's closest to your breast width (in case you are considering a revision). But the breast lift actually looks okay, so don't sweat it. Good luck!
