you should be able to have that surgery by a board certified plastic surgeon for around 15000 or less. I have operated in Central America and the sterility and safety standards are not adequate. I wouldn't do it. If you really want to travel south africa would be the only country if would even go near.

the duck look after lip augmentation is very common. in my practice i use only one sryinge for the first injection and am very conservative in augmenting the border b/w white and red lip which can give you a duck look. give yourself a week. swelling can make you panic initially. juvederm and restylane can be melted with a compound called hyaluronidase. Make sure you select an experienced surgeon to inject this.
