On why plastic surgeons don't specialize in scar revision, I think the reason also has to do with economics. A surgeon can't support himself on scar surgery work. I do a fair number of scar revisions and patients when carefully selected tend to be as happy as you are. Best Regards, Dr D

I have been using Myobloc as my Botulinum toxin of choice for three years. It has been a good experience. I don't miss Botox a bit.

This is one of the reasons I don't use fillers under the eyes. You need to see your doctor.

I advise my lip filler patients to stay off Aleve, Ibuprofen, Aspirin and like drugs for a week before an a few days afterward. This and keeping to moderate enlargements keeps bruising to a minimum.

Hello, Tummy Tuck surgery varies with the surgeon and the patient. There are choices and opinions on the proper location of the scar and other technical concerns. There is "no one right way" to do this. This just underscores the need to ask questions and to feel comfortable with the answers before surgery. We all do these things differently.
