I've been reading all of the reviews/comments on this website for weeks (and hearing of everyone's personal experience has been very helpful!) I just had SmartLipo (outer thighs) yesterday! I'm normally 117lbs, 5'3"--- and had a small fatty area that I've been trying to get rid of on my thighs... so I finally went for it! The procedure was fairly painless (I'd say "uncomfortable" if anything)--- however, I wouldn't say this is something I could do on my "lunch hour" as some tout this to be. I had some "leaking" post-op yesterday but was warned in advanced by my Doc and his staff so I wasn't too frightened... a little sore today (like I ran a 100 miles on the treadmill!) Hoping to see results soon!! Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences.

Wow! You look great!! Your results are very subtile... if I had to guess without knowing you had smartlipo, I would of just assumed you had one awesome personal trainer! Great results!
