I guess you know by now the company filed for Chapter 11 - doors abruptly closed leaving everyone high and dry. Who knows how we can get our money back. Do file with the Better Business Bureau in Kansas. Corporate Lipo office is 2150 Schuetz Rd. St. Louis Missouri 63146 They owe me $3600. no results after 9 treatments. Tummy looks disfigured. I am steaming mad. Only if Lipo regroups could we possibly stand a chance to even get our money back. If you find out any new information that would be helpful please e-mail me back. Hello Lewis - I guess you know by now they have closed all 17 facilities. Chapter 11. I too had just a stubborn area to fix and workout daily and am not overweight. I was going in after my 9th treatment and had waited for 3 months on Dec. 10th to what I thought be be a for sure application for a refund. Doors closed, dark inside. I also had documented pictures as the 3 months went by - still lumpy, bumpy and have a disfigured tummy. Can you imagine how hard it is going to be now to get a refund...... noel14@cox.net
