Hello, I had the procedure done on a Thursday (05/19/11) and was back to work on Monday. That Friday night, I went out to eat with family. Saturay, I rested all day. Sunday, I was out all day again. Tuesday (06/05/11), I tried the eliptical for the first time and didn't have any pain. So now, I'm about to resume exercising bc I'm picking up weight in my hips. My stomach was real sentitive at first, I hated for anything to touch it. That has gone away. Right now, I'm still not seeing any results. So I pray that all of this is swelling. I guess time will tell.

I had vaserlipo done 2 weeks ago. I would compare the pain I felt during the procedure to getting a tattoo.

You look really good and I'm sorry you've had a rough recovery but it will get better. It's almost been 2 weeks since I had vaserlipo. I had my upper and lower abs done. The first day was the hardest. I felt really bad (faint and nausea) when I removed the garmet to take my first shower after the procedure. By Saturday, I was able to go out to eat, still sore of course and medicated. I returned to work on the that following Monday. I'm much better now but my energy level is still not at 100%.
