Just wanted to thank you for your bravery. I would guess your story is not typical. But that is hardly the point. Even if onmly 1 in every 100 cases is this bad then the marketing people have to publish that and be honest. And 1 in 100 is to o high a risk. You highlight the importance of taking these decisions very seriously. Just because Fraxel is no the old fashioned heavy duty CO2 lasers doesn't mean it is a high-tech facial. It is a serious business with very seriouis rks . In fact, Fraxel Repair is a CO2 laser - just a pixelated form. Once again, thank you for your bravery, honesty and integrity. The clinic who did it should, of course a) refund your money and b) do everything in their power to help you. Blessing to you and may you continue to heal.
