robin- thanks for your sharing your experience. Do you have any before and after pictures that you can share? I wish i was a candidate for CO2, but because of my dark skin - they wont risk doing the procedure on me. I didnt go back to get my fourth laser procedure. I no longer see any improvements on my skin - i kinda think it went back to it's original state. I want to do something more drastic with better results for the money - i am paying and pain that i am undergoing. i'd love to see your picture comparisons. Is it possible for you to take some kind of pain killer and relaxer before and after your treatments? If you ask - you'll get a prescription. Lastly, i was asked not to keep ice or water on my skin for too long after the procedure - because apparently it will decrease the healing and results. For optimum results, i was adviced to keep my face dry in order to have the burnt area dry up and flake. Where you asked to keep your face damp?

Hi Nureal- I bought capsules... however, the best all in one supplement for inflammation is the German (Wobenzym) capsules.

my surgeon said he couldnt perform any additional surgeries for about 3mos post op - just to make sure make sure i was somewhat healed. Keep us posted - good luck, girlie!
