I was told that I would go up one cup size too. I even gained weight for the procedure. I only fill out my bras better unfortunately. I think the amount you keep can vary. In miami there is a doctor that did a study where using the brava system first increased the amount women kept. He is the guy that made brava though so it's biased but the pictures from the results look convincing.

So far no lumpy calcifications. My breasts are smooth and look just as natural as before. The may actually be a little perkier if not the same 9782anon. I think that if you don't put too much in then they won't stretch too much.

I had between 200 and 250cc put in each. I think that is quite a bit. I spent two months gaining an extra five-ten pounds before the surgery. As expected, there was a modest size increase. They look really nice and friends of mine can tell they are bigger (those that have seen me naked lol). I didn't gain a whole cup size though. They look, feel, are, real. They are fuller and even seem a little perkier. I had reasonable expectations going in and liked my breasts to begin with. I only wish I hadn't looked at them until like 2 months were over because seeing them so big then watching them go away was disheartening. It really messed with my emotions even though I knew the decrease was inevitable and normal. Now I want to do it again and maybe even again when I'm older :) However I am back to being pretty happy with my size. If you want a big increase then implants are the way to go. If being natural is most important to you and you are willing to spend the money than more than one transfer may be needed to obtain great results. It's really about personal preference.

Mine decreased a lot so far. I wear the same bras :( Right after the surgery they were huge (250cc extra- I am a small C) I fill my bra out more but no major difference. The doctor told me 1-3 months I'd lose the most fat. It is the third month starting now. I lost the most the first month but still feel them getting smaller. I will have pix after the third month when I write a review. I think it is normal to have a slight increase. Implants would be better for a major one. I plan on getting another transfer done in September but I'll probably go to a doctor in China that my Chinese friend went to that is cheaper. 10k per time is a lot of money. I didn't have big expectations after the research I did before doing this. However, seeing them so big after surgery then watching it go away is really disheartening :(
