I WENT IN ON 5/28/08 TO HAVE IT DONE, THEY SET ME IN THE CHAIR AND THE attendent took my bloodpressure. It was too high so he called the doctor, who was on his way in.When the doctor got there my pressure still had not gone down. Now mind you the attendent had already made me take the 3 valium pills plus the ati nausea pill. So when the doctor made the decision not to do it i was already loopy from the valium. He told me to go to my family doctor and get the pressure down ,which i did and was supposed to have the lift done the following wednesday. I was getting pretty scared because i had the time to get on this website and read everything.I made a phone call to my doctor, because i needed questions anwered, about the insicion site and the scarring. That was the friday before the long memorial day weekend. Well the women told me she would give him the message to call me, but he never did. So come tuesday morning i called again,and got put on hold for a while. That is when i decided not to go through with it. I don't know if it was just a fluke, but my having the high bloodpressure that morning, and it being put off for another week,plus the fact that i could not talk to the doctor, and the long memorial weekend just gave me more time to make up my mind. I am really happy i did not go through with it. And it turns out my husband really did not want me to get it done, he just went along with it because he thought it would make me happy about myself. Please think long and hard before you say yes. Good luck to you! By the way i was having it done in Independence Ohio.

Yes i was supposed to get mine done in independence ohio, but luckily my blood pressure was too high, so they told me to go see my doctor and they made another appt for the following week, which i cancelled after alot of unanwered questions, I can tell you the whole story if you email me.

Is there anyone out there that got the 400.00 back after the 7 days?

Has anyone ever got their 400.00 dollars back after the seven days? This is so unfair! They should return that money if you don't have the procedure done. Plus they said i will be charged the 150.00 reschedule fee for not going through with it.

Hi I just wanted everyone to know that my appointment to have it done was tomarrow morning, but i called and canceled it. I am getting charged an extra 150.00 but i don't care. You see i called this past friday because i really needed some questions that i needed an answer for. Well they said they would give him the message, but he was leaving early friday because he was moving.Ok so went all the long holiday weekend very nervous with questions and no answers. So today is tuesday and i called this morning again, they said he was in surgery but would call me after. No call, so at 1PM I CALLED AND CANCELED MY PRCEDURE FOR TOMARROW. I just told myself if he did not return my calls that would be it. I just am too concerned about the scarring,and the down time. And after the swelling goes down what if there is not that much improvement. I guess reading all the comments on here made me think twice. Im glad i found this website. My husband is happy that i am not having it done, he said he did not say anything to me because he thought that it was what i really wanted and it would make me happy.But deep inside he did not want it to happen. He said i don't need it. But of course they don't see what we see when we look in the mirror. I am from Ohio and was going to have it done in Independence. SOOO! I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE OUT THERE!
