I will agree that at first I was nervous about whether or not it worked. I would say that my love handles were noticeable immediately and my stomache has taken some time. I still want to get that touched up. The first couple days were uncomfortable but it was not an unbearable pain and I really did not bruise too much. The compression garments were key for me. I still wear the ab binder from time to time as well. Remember, it takes up for four months to see the full results so give it a little time and it's not always 100% the first time. A lot of people get touch ups. L

Im not really sure on how many inches i am down but I can tell you that to date I am already down about 3 pant sizes and I expect to lose about one more as the swelling goes down.

When I went in I was going to do my stomach and thighs too but I made the decision to do my love handles and tummy instead and it was much more worth it. My tummy alone didn't look that fantastic but my love handles really made it! So I might advise you to think about doing your love handles. Oh yes.... Smartlipo doesn't eliminate the need for suction, it just melts everything first so it comes out easier and consequently makes the procedure much less aggressive. There's less swelling and brusing. Thanks for the reply!
