I was very happy with Dr. Ahn. I liked her bedside manner and disposition, her tenacity with getting my insurance sorted...and, most importantly, my results. I am very happy with the results. To be honest, her staff can be a little ditzy at times and we had a few administrative mishaps, but overall Ive been very pleased.

My drains weren't even in for 24 hours..they came out before I left the hospital and didn't bother me at all. Don't let that prevent you from getting this done. Actually, I wouldn't let anything prevent you from getting this done...it's one of the best decisions I've ever made!

Hey there- you asked in your post about anything to think about beforehand. Ask your doc to lipo your "side boob' and armpit fat. It will make the whole package look much better in the end. My doc does it by default but not all do...

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. I have my first post-op tonight. I haven't seen my ta tas in their full glory as they're still somewhat bandaged. I'm glad you've given full warning about some of the 'frankstein' issues so I don't completely spaz when I see them.

She took 3 pounds off mine..I'm down about 7 pounds in total as the meds took my appetite a bit. I'm going to fight like hell to keep those off!

Hi Funmi- my doc actually requested a surgical bra for me. But honestly, the surgical bra she got for me was softer and more comfy than the Enell sports bra I'm used to running in. To ckmia's point, it seems every doctor has a different preference on everything from drains, to bras to icing (mine said no icing, while many others suggest icing).
