Hello, I live in Phila. too and I had smart lipo done six months ago. What doc did you go to? I went to Dr. Francis Physician Body Solutions. I too had swelling for weeks and I had to massage my stomach every day for ten mins. The swelling went down eventually, it took about a month. My stomach has improved since doing the lipo but I still had access fat that I want to get rid of. I have an appointment with my doc. in Jan. to see if he can take out this additional fat that was left behind.

Good, I believe I am totally healed up. There is a slight amount of fat around my belly button that I would like to get rid of but it is such a small amount that I don't know if it is even worth it. I want to go back to the doc and see what he thinks, if he thinks it is not worth it then I won't get it. I do see a big difference in the way my clothes look, last year if I wore jeans the fat would hang all out and look bad but now there is barely any fat hanging at all! Overall I am glad that I got it done! How about you?? Are you happy with the results?

I am almost 2 months after the lipo and I still have some fat around my belly so it could be fat......give it at least 4 more weeks and if it is still there I would bet it is fat.

Somewhat, some days my stomach is flatter than others. I don't know why. There still is more fat around my belly button area than on any other part of the stomach.
