Please be very careful not to over so it. I drove too soon after my surgery approx 1 week and I had my implant drop. Lot arm movement especially over you head too soon could cause problems please get specific instructions from your PS
Depending on your surgeon...Please DO NOT over do it you will pay later for it. Driving to soon is a big no no as it could tear internal stitches. I had one implant slip as a result. Hopefully your PS will give specific instructions on exercise etc. Treat your body kindly. I am now suffering as a result of doing too much. No vacuuming etc. Some surgeons even tell their patients that opening a can in the first while(don't know how long) could cause damage. See how you feel. Iam sure things will work out great for you and your girls. Please get specific instructions from your Plastic Surgeon!!!

So sorry to hear that your reconstruction experience was so bad. I know that it is hard I do have implants but the reconstruction is not very good. I wish you well I hope that there will be some more support for you here.
Hugs

Your story sounds similar to mine. I do not have contracture although sometimes the breast feel very tight. possible muscle spasms don't know . My right breast is very flat. It is very hard to find bras I use a small insert in my bra to make things look a little more normal. I have no nipples my breast are not that great looking so the addition of nipples fwoudl not do much good an dhaving another surgery for me would be redundant. Trying to decide about revison.

Absolutely you must let him know how painful the first fill was for you!! Hopefully he will not try to put so much in the second time. My fills were usually 100 cc. I had no pain..not necessarily a good thing either as I was totally numb now my chest muscles are very damaged now I am not totally sure if it was the expansions but I was extremly tight with the expanders and after with the implants for years. The implant slipped from under the muscle with in the first week again no pain. When I went to see my PS he brushed it off as "just the muscle" I was mortified. I wish in a away i had just enought pain to remind me not to over do it after surgeries. When the feeling came back there was lots of pain. I am still suffering. Mentally and physically.
