    Hi Dr.Hankins, I very much appreciate your offer. Unfortunatly, in the process of posting my request for advice some wires were crossed. I Actually live elsewhere and flew to Vegas for my surgery. If you were in Dallas I would most certainly take you up on your offer! Sincerely, K. Lindsay
