I am just happy the word is getting out there so nobody else wastes their hard earned money like I and so many others have. Thanks to Realself for providing this forum. I only wish I had seen it sooner.

Jennifer - I think you should save your $$ for smart lipo. I wish I had. I am 38 years old and in very good shape, so it should have worked for me, but it did not. I hate to see anyone else throw their $$ away. If I had seen this website before I had velashape done, I would be $1300 richer. KB

Jennifer - I work out 5 days/week. I am 5'2" and 129 lbs., but my thighs are disproportionately big and cellulity for the rest of my lean body. I got velashape done several weeks before my vacation for the same reasons as you. My before and after pix were identical. Maybe I am not the norm, but it did nothing for me, but cost $1300. I would save my $$ for smart lipo if I were you. KB

Regina - I had the same technician 5 out of 6 of my treatments. She pushed down hard on it and she had it on the hottest setting. She would go over the same area until I said it was too hot. On the other hand, the other girl didn't seem to be pushing down at all and I could barely feel the heat. I complained, so they rescheduled me with the girl I had had all along. Unfortunately for me, regardless of how much it hurt (which I believed would translate into results) I had virtually 0 results whatsoever. I was crushed when I could not tell the difference between the before and after photos. Hope it works for you! KB
