I had the filing done, too, in the beginning & am supposed to have more midway - but the gaps that disappoint me re the "finished" smile.

I never saw any animation until after WEARING my trays for 4 months. I still don't know what my "contract" includes (how many refinements at the end of the 22/40 trays, if retainers are included, if so, which type) I would ask everything I know now! The above, what to look for during treatment - for example - one of my trays wasn't snapping on an attachment. They saw that on at least 2 visits. I didn't think much of it because they didn't say anything. But then they finally said - oh, you must not be wearing your trays 22 hours a day - and I have - I am SO FAITHFUL. So I had to 'backtrack' ... go back to the trays where it snapped into place. So I went from #13 back to 7!! Talk about PAINFUL. I blame them for not addressing it sooner. So ask what things you need to bring to their attention.
