As long as the expectations are realistic, I think that you would be very happy with the results. And actually, with the smart lipo, in my amateur opinion anyways, the skin on my abs retracted enough where I am actually looking into getting a Tankini for this summer! SOOOO excited!!! So a Sports Illustrated bikini - no, not really. But definitely not bound to a stuffy-grandma-one-piece any more either! :) Are you going to Dr Alturi also? Best of luck to you and don't get scared. Make sure you post pics too okay?

Total 3100cc - 500 of it was Liquid & the rest was fat. I guess you can do the math and conversion, neither is my strength.

hmmmm Im really sorry! Personally I think $2800 is a little low for abs SmartLipo. And unfortunately I think in regards to cosmetic surgery of any kind, I'd be very very cautious of any fantastic discounts as a red flag to the quality of the physician and his/her skill set. I'd highly recommend you to go do some additional research and go to a more reputable practice.

ahhhhh I understand now and I somewhat agree. Yes, although I do see your point on how photos do help validate the claims in posts that it is indeed a patient and not a physician free advertising their own practice. However I think its also important to keep in mind that some people will say they will do many things that never follows through on any of them - personality flaw perhaps? Either way, I agree that it does raise some suspicion when they claim fantastic results and absolutely no pictures. Id think they'd be excited to show the progress and how long they've come? Regardless, thanks for taking the time to clarify. PS - I will make sure I post before & after pics. :)

Congrats & thanks for the write up. Id be very interested in seeing some post-op pics. Especially since many of the SmartLipo posters are fairly small to begin with so its difficult to tell the results from their post-op pics. Thanks!
