Skeptics feel as if the reduction in appearance of cellulite is due to the fact that your skin is swollen post procedure. Believers, and it has been super popular in Europe for years, feel that monthly treatments after the initial course of 10-14 weeks are all that is needed to maintain the results.

I personally do not know anyone that has had this treatment. I would imagine that exercise, genetics and diet are big factors in determining how well Endermologie does work. However, the risks are quite low, and if it does work, I say, sign me up.
