As you are a 'religious' coffee drinker, then I presume you didn't abstain from coffee for 2 weeks after the treatment...? Also I was told not to drink red wine or anything dark and staining. You totally wasted your money if you continued to drink coffee for the weeks afterwards, your Dentist should have told you that !

I use the 35% as you only have to leave the trays in for 30 mins instead of overnight like with the lower percentages (10% & 15%).  You could also use the 20% for an hour, but why bother when you can get it done in half the time? :)  I too recommend Ebay for Opalescence, I only get mine online, as dentists can rip you off on the price.
