I am nearing the end of my treatment, is it okay if I detailed my experience too?

I researched before I decided to get the aligners and I found the majority average time (is a misnomer) is 2 weeks between trays. Mine are two weeks as well. I have seen other lengths of time though, as low as 11 days between trays and my co-worker's mom (who is a dentist) has per Invisalign patients change their trays every 3 to 4 weeks.

Are you referring to me? I am not an Invisalign dentist, I'm an engineer. No pretending going on here.

I don't see how they can come loose at night. The attachments (buttons) are fastened to grip onto the trays. I haven't heard of trays coming loose at night. It is wierd that your retainer came loose though. Did you ever find out how that happened?

I am so glad you have a good attitude about your invisalign. I have to admit, I've never heard of anyone having 15! I thought my 8 were alot. I'm sure you look just fine with them. Mine are on my front teeth so they are hard to miss but I'm still glad I went with the invisalign. Instant teeth-alignment - that's a wonderful dream.
